Senior Contracts Administrator

Location: San Antonio, TX

Wholly owned by the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, Oneida ESC Group (OESC) is a holding company that provides a consistent, cost-effective common management platform supporting our family of companies united under common ownership.

Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Contracts Administrator based remotely

The Senior Contracts Administrator is involved in pre-and post-award contract administration activity. The individual acts as a technical contract administration resource for the company. This person ensures proposal preparation, contract drafting, and file documentation are in accordance with company policies and procedures. The individual will support primarily federal proposals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a diverse range of contract administration support for federal contracts.

  • Supporting the preparation of proposals to ensure compliance with the RFP and company practices.
  • Assembling final proposal documents in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Requesting bid bonds, performance and payment bonds, and certificates of insurance and reviewing them for compliance with contract terms then processing for signature.
  • Prepare and review internal post-award documentation to ensure consistency with contract requirements.
  • Preparing flow-down clauses for subcontracts.
  • Preparing NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
  • Tracking the status of proposals, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements.
  • Assist with preparing Limitations on Subcontracting reports.
  • Creating and maintaining proposal and contract files in accordance with company practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of contract administration experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required
  • Proficient knowledge of contractual regulatory policies and requirements (FAR, DFAR, etc.) involving federal government agencies, i.e., Department of Defense, etc.
  • Experience with federal proposals and contracts is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction services a plus
  • Experience in professional and technology services a plus
  • Experience in environmental services a plus

Compensation Range: $73,000- $114,000
