Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is currently seeking Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to support instructional systems design throughout the Product Lifecycle Process, utilizing the ADDIE methodology across all divisions of ST in Linthicum Heights, MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support instructional systems design throughout the Product Lifecycle Process.
- Develop online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses.
- Apply the ADDIE methodology to course development.
- Develop and update online instructor-led (both in-person and virtual), or instructor-facilitated distance-delivered courses in collaborative learning environments.
- Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Either:
- A Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design or Adult Education from an accredited university and at least five (5) years of experience in Instructional Systems Design and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and at least eight (8) years of experience developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated course
- Current Personnel (Security) Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Secret level; TS/SCI access required for specific programs.
- Experience applying the ADDIE methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in Instructional Systems Design, and developing online, instructor-led, or instructor-facilitated courses.
- Experience leading instructional development projects.
- Experience supporting federal agencies in the execution of security-related training, education, or certification programs.
- Experience with virtual content producing on platforms such as Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
- Successful completion of the DHS’s Authoring Accessible Documents Program available through the DHS OAST location in Linthicum Heights, MD.
