Job Title: Air Force Supply Planner

Oneida Professional Services is seeking a Supply Planner to provide logistics and planning expertise at Robins Air Force Base. The selected candidate will support a variety of logistics systems and supply chain management processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, acquisition, and asset tracking to support sustainment and readiness missions. This position requires journeyman-level knowledge of Air Force supply systems, tools, and procedures.
Provide direct support to Government Supply Planners across all phases of the supply planning lifecycle.
Utilize Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis, Planning & Execution (ESCAPE) and Service Parts Management (SPM/Servigistics) to determine supply requirements and forecast demand.
Assist Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in evaluating usage factors and analyzing consumption changes.
Maintain files and records in the Automated Budget Control System (ABCS).
Review and analyze load lists to determine buy budgets as part of Program Execution.
Prepare and submit Purchase Instrument packages through the Purchase Request Process System (PRPS).
Investigate and resolve issues related to terminations, buys, repairs, and excess inventory items.
Provide input and support related to Execution and Prioritization of Repair Support System (EXPRESS) processes.
Conduct National Stock Number (NSN) reviews and assist with supply actions using D035A.
Update asset visibility data in Logistics Installation and Mission Support – Enterprise View (LIMS-EV).
Support cataloging actions using D143C/D043A systems.
Use knowledge of the Stock Control System to assist with excess inventory reviews, disposal processes, front-end screening, and reclamation.
Assist in the preparation of Form 8s and Form 95s.
Track shipment and delivery of assets; support actions related to contract or Purchase Instrument terminations.
Respond to customer inquiries—both internal and external—via phone or email, providing timely and accurate status updates.
Provide journeyman-level guidance to less experienced team members on logistics systems and supply chain processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply planning efficiency and accuracy.
High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Air Force Supply Planner or equivalent logistics support role.
Familiarity with Air Force or Department of Defense (DoD) supply systems and sustainment processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Prior experience at Robins Air Force Base or within the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC).
Strong understanding of federal acquisition and DoD supply chain management policies.
Experience training or mentoring junior logistics personnel.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, if required by the contract.
