Onieda Professional Services (OPS) is currently seeking a highly qualified Contract Project Manager (PM) in Arlington, VA to oversee a critical project with the Department of Defense.

The PM will serve as the single point of contact responsible for managing Contractor personnel, tasks, workflow, and deliverables as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). In addition, the PM will manage the overall project and coordinate activities, including deliverables, with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The name of the PM will be designated in writing to the Contracting Officer and COR, and the PM will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact responsible for managing Contractor personnel, tasks, workflow, and deliverables.
• Manage the overall project and coordinate activities with DCSA and the COR.
• Ensure compliance with the PWS and contract requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification; evidence required with submission.

• Current Personnel (Security) Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Secret level.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant managerial experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience managing the development of training programs.
• Two (2) years of experience supporting federal agencies in the execution of security-related programs or on topics related to the protection of classified information and Government technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Ten (10) years or more of relevant managerial experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience managing the development of training programs.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in DOD security.
