Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) was awarded the Outstanding Tribally Owned Business of the Year award in 2023. Our primary clients are WisDOT, MnDOT, counties, municipalities and private developers in Wisconsin.

OES has immediate openings for Design Engineer - Transportation in Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota or Northern Illinois. Entry-level engineers as well as more experienced engineers are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, and a hybrid work environment (both in-office and remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of transportation facilities including urban roadways, rural highways, and interchanges.
• Development of all aspects of roadway plans including plan sheets, cross sections, construction staging, storm sewer, quantities, and estimates.
• Preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients and the general public.
• Assist with the inspection of construction projects.
• Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 1-2 Year(s) of experience with OpenRoads Design software
• Licensed EIT or PE (desired but not required) or interest in obtaining licensure.
• Interest in transportation-related design and construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D

Compensation Range:

$65,000- $85,000
