Oneida Construction Services has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Superintendent in Green Bay, WI.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience managing construction projects as a commercial contractor ranging from $1M-$10M in size. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills to build and maintain client communication throughout the duration of a project, provide subcontractor oversight ensuring quality controls remain in place, and manage employees on project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• M-F Onsite Responsibilities
• Complete daily/weekly production reports.
• Ensure project timelines.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and lead projects to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors and architects daily.
• Monitor and uphold safety practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to understand building and civil design plans/specifications.
• Prior experience working in the construction industry
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar position with the same scope and responsibilities as described.
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2- or 4-year degree related to construction
• Current OSHA 30 Hour Construction
• Strong construction estimating skills with a demonstrated ability to complete projects on time within budget

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience and education)
